By accessing and using Precltopki's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Course Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment

• Course enrollment requires full payment or approval of payment plan
• Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment
• Course materials and access are provided after confirmed enrollment

Payment Terms

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes
• Payment plans may be available for certain courses
• Late payment may result in suspension of course access

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the course start date. Refunds are provided under the following conditions:

• Request made within 14 days of course commencement
• Attendance at no more than 2 sessions
• No course materials downloaded or printed
• Administrative fee of $50 AUD may apply

4. Course Attendance and Participation

• Regular attendance is essential for course completion
• Make-up sessions may be available with advance notice
• Respectful behavior toward instructors and fellow students is required
• Disruptive behavior may result in course dismissal without refund

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, videos, and methodologies, are the intellectual property of Precltopki and are protected by copyright laws.

• Materials are for personal use only
• Reproduction or distribution is prohibited without written consent
• Recording of sessions requires explicit permission

6. Limitation of Liability

Precltopki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

7. Course Completion and Certification

• Certificates are issued upon successful completion of course requirements
• Minimum attendance requirements must be met
• Practical assessments must be completed satisfactorily

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality of personal information shared during courses. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

9. Modification of Services

Precltopki reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, or instructors with reasonable notice to enrolled students.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services for violation of these terms, non-payment, or inappropriate behavior.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
